The use of paper for your leads is no longer needed with Impact software. This technology cuts down on the amount of time needed to print, sort and organize your lead pack.
All that you need is a smart phone (android/ I phone). You will be more organized, you can call much quicker and if someone returns your call, you can search by last 4 digits of the phone number and that will pull up the lead. It is a much more professional way to do business. There has been a 27% increase in earnings related to this technology.
Summary of what is needed: 24 hours after you receive your agent number, your SGA admin will email you the onboard key. You will be emailed the agency secret key. Follow the instructions on the email to set up your password and security questions
Step 1:
You will receive an email in your inbox.
Step 2:
Review the email and click the "GET STARTED" link in the email body.
Step 3:
You will now be on the Secret Key window.

Enter the secret key for the agency, which you can obtain from your manager.
Step 5:
Click "Enter".

You will now be on the Timezone Settings window.
Step 7:
Select the appropriate time zone and click "Update Time Zone".
Step 8:
Once you have set you time zone you will be directed to the Forgot Password page.
Step 9:
From the Forgot Password page please WAIT for 2 minutes.
Step 10:
After the 2 minute wait is up, enter your username and start the password and knowledge question setup.
Step 11:
Once you have set up your knowledge questions and passwords you will be directed back to the log-in page.
Step 12:
You will now be able to login and be directed to Impact Desktop.
